Yolandi owns In Balance Pilates Studio. She has a passion for people, Pilates and movement, and has a rehabilitation background as a Biokineticist. Yolandi is fascinated by the challenge that Pilates offers your body, and loves watching as movement becomes easier with each class! Having just completed the Bounti Academy Rebound Course she can't wait to share her love for Rebounding too.

After practicing Pilates for 5 years, Kirsty has decided to take her love and enthusiasm for large Pilates equipment to the next level, and is in the midst of her teacher training course with Pilates Dynamics. As our new Studio Manager you are bound to see her in and out of the studio on a daily basis. She is happy to answer any queries you may have!
Bounti Rebound Instructor
Leori has joined the In Balance Team as a Rebound Instructor after having completed the Lisa Raleigh Bounti Academy Training. She is full of joy and gives a mean Rebound Class! You will not regret giving this a try.
In-Training BASI Mat Instructor
We welcome Anneline as our newest addition to the In Balance family. She is currently finishing up her BASI Pilates course, and has been taking some of the beginners classes. Her warm, kind and friendly manner make her an exceptional teacher, and we can't wait to have her grow and learn with us.
